per year for a period of ten years!

~ Amenities will include a full quiver of surfboards, SUP boards, kayaks,

snorkel gear, and mountain bikes for members' use

~ Members may roll-over their weeks from year to year

~ Members may opt to rent their unused weeks through our rental program,

thus off-setting their membership fee [$16,000. minimum return possible;
