Surf Villa Rentals
Come for a week...or longer!
For those who may not be in a position to become a Montserrat Boardrider Club member, we will be offering the Surf Villa for weekly rentals! We are aiming for a start date of February 2016 to begin offering the Boardriders Surf Villa to the vacation rental market. Though Club members will enjoy preferred reservation privileges, we encourage interested renters to contact us with the date(s) they'd like to rent our Villa, as of February 2016. [Depending on the success of our membership drive for the Montserrat Boardriders Club, our Surf Villa could be refurbished and available much sooner, so please tell your friends and colleagues about us!].
The Boardriders Surf Villa will be fully-outfitted with amenites, including: mountain bikes, kayaks, surfboard, and SUP boards!
Within six months of your reserved date, we will contact you to make arrangements for payment of a $500. deposit, refundable until {60} days prior to your reserved dates. The balance of your rental fee will be due in full no later than {30} days from your reserved date. [A security deposit of $300. is also required along with the rental fee, which is refundable pending an inspection of the villa, furnishings, and amenities].
Rental Rates
May 1st - October 31st: $1,100. per week
November 1st - April 30th: $1,400. per week
